He has made it our marathoner. He started his career in the lumber industry. First, as a day laborer and then as a heavy machinery operator. An easy-going guy who is always interested in learning.
During the 1980s, he joined the Norbord panel factory in La Sarre. He became foreman responsible for the end of the line during the construction of the new plant in La Sarre in 1995. Major responsibilities which he carried out successfully.
In recent years, both at Norbord and at LJL, he has devoted himself to training and activities aimed at making the workplace safer.
